Creating a new menu

Sometimes you want only a few menu items or submenus to display within the menu for a report or a document. You can accomplish this customization in two ways:

Using an existing menu and hiding the unwanted items or submenus::

Creating a new menu that contains only the desired items or submenus :

The scenario Creating a new ribbon for a report provides steps to perform this customization.

You can select either of the approaches described above, though the easier one is to just reuse an existing menu.
