Filter Editor: Filtering Options pane

The Filtering Options pane allows you to select a qualification type for the filter. Once the type is selected, the Filtering Options pane is replaced by the appropriate pane for the qualification type. For example, if you select Add an Attribute qualification, the Attribute Qualification pane opens.

The Filtering Options pane contains the following options:

• Add an Attribute qualification qualifies on an attribute's form or elements.

• Add a Set qualification qualifies on a set of attributes based on a metric or a relationship between attributes.

• Add a Shortcut to a report uses an existing report as a filter qualification.

• Add a Shortcut to a filter uses an existing filter as a filter qualification.

• Add an Advanced qualification allows you to use custom expressions and joint element lists.

  By default, the Advanced Qualification option is not shown. To display it, see Steps to activate the advanced qualification option.

Accessing the Filtering Options pane

Double-click anywhere in the Filter definition pane.

If you double-click a completed qualification, the Filtering Options pane does not appear. Instead, the appropriate pane for the qualification type appears.
