Intelligence Server Administrator Page

You can manage Intelligence Servers and their users from the Intelligence Server Administrator Page. You can perform from the Intelligence Server Administrator page include the following:

To access the Intelligence Server Administrator Page, you must be assigned the privilege, "Server Administration."

How to access the Intelligence Server Administrator Page from the Web Server Administrator Page

  1. Access the MicroStrategy Web Administrator page. (How?)

  2. From the pane on the left, select Servers. The Servers page opens.

  3. Hover over a connected Intelligence server and click the Server Administration icon Server Admin in the Properties column. The Intelligence Server selection page opens. If no Intelligence Servers are listed or connected, add an Intelligence Server and connect it to MicroStrategy Web.

  4. On the Intelligence Server selection page, select the Intelligence Server to modify.

  5. Enter your administrative login and password to log in to the Intelligence Server Administrator page.

How to Access the Intelligence Server Administrator Page from the Projects List in Web

  1. From the MicroStrategy Web project selection screen, click the Go to the Intelligence Server Administrator page link at the bottom of the screen. A page opens, displaying all of the Intelligence Server to which Web is connected.

    The Go to the Intelligence Server Administrator page link is not available if no Intelligence Servers are connected to Web or if you do not have the Server Administration privilege.

  2. On the Intelligence Server selection page, select the Intelligence Server to modify.

  3. Enter your administrative login and password to log in to the Intelligence Server Administrator page.
