How to Change Your Password

You might want to change your password for security reasons, for ease of remembering, to adhere to company policies, and so on.

Access the Intelligence Server Administrator page. (How?)
Hover over the Properties column and click Open Intelligence Server Administration Portal .
Click User Manager .
Select the group that contains your user name.
In the Actions column, select the Edit icon for your user. The User Editor opens.
On the General tab, enter the password you will use to log into MicroStrategy Web in the Password and Confirm password fields.
Click OK.
