Adding multiple controls

The Lock feature allows you to add the same type of control repeatedly. It keeps the currently selected control button (Text Field, Image, and so on) turned on so you can insert multiple controls.

For example, you can insert three text fields without needing to click the Text button three times.

To add multiple controls

  1. Open a document in the Document Editor. (How?)

  2. Select the type of control (Text, Image, and so on) to add, by clicking the icon in the toolbar.

  3. Click Lock on the toolbar.

  4. Every time you click in the Layout area, a new control is added.

  5. To turn off the locking feature, click Lock on the toolbar.
