Apply General Formatting Across an Entire Document

You can apply general formatting across an entire document to maintain a consistent look and feel using the Properties dialog. This type of formatting is also known as document level formatting.

  1. Open a document in Design or Editable Mode.
  2. Choose Tools > Document Properties.
