How to Start, Stop, or Restart a Service

You can start, stop, or restart individual Strategy services such as Intelligence Server, Tomcat, or Badge at the service level through the Strategy Cloud Platform.

  1. From the Strategy Cloud Platform click to expand your environment details.
  2. Open the Server Instance tab.
  3. Click the icon next to a listed service.

  4. Click the icon in the Actions column and select Start, Stop, or Restart.

    • During startup the State will display as . When State displays Running the service is ready.

    • During shutdown the State will display as . When State displays Stopped the service is inactive.

    • During restart the State will display as . When State displays Running the service is ready.
