MicroStrategy Cloud Platform APIs

MicroStrategy Cloud Platform APIs extend the functionality of the console to APIs allowing users to invoke console functionality into automation or orchestration tools such as Chef or Puppet.

The API documentation contains parameters to call the MicroStrategy Cloud Platforme APIs.

To Access the Cloud Console API documentation

  1. Click the API Access button in the left panel.

  2. Follow the instructions on the page that opens.

When you open the API documentation page, all the sections will be collapsed by default. To expand a section, click on a heading, such as Environments.

To Generate an API Key

  1. Click the API Access button in the left panel.
  2. Click the Generate API Key button.
