Bar: Dual Y Options category
In the Dual Y Options for Bar graphs, some or all of the following options are available depending on what type of Bar graph you are formatting:

Primary (Y1) Axis/Secondary (Y2) Axis: Allows you to select a series label from the Primary (Y1) Axis list, and click the [>>] tab to move the series to the Secondary (Y2) Axis. Or, select a series label from the Secondary (Y2) Axis list, and click the [<<] tab to move the series to the Primary [Y1) axis. You should display at least one series in each axis.
When the Dual Axes check box is selected in the Layout category of the Graph Preferences dialog box, the number of series is automatically divided in half, with half of the series to one axis and the other half to the second axis. -
Split Position: Available when the Dual Axes and Split Dual Axes check boxes are selected on the Layout category of the Graph Preferences dialog box. Split Position allows you to determine what percentage of the displayed graph is taken up by each axes. Use the slider to see a sample of how the display changes on the left.

You can also use the up and down arrows to change the percentage in the box or you can type a percentage number directly in the box.

Show Axis Split: Displays or hides the dual axes split line.
