Displaying titles, legends, footnotes, and labels in a graph
Graph report components are displayed on the graph when the report is executed. You can select which components to display when the graph report runs.
Options include the following:

Title is the main title for a graph, which helps to identify the graph. Titles and labels for graphs also include:

Subtitle is an additional title for a graph, displayed under the main title in a smaller font.

Footnote is explanatory text related to the data displayed by the graph.

Legend displays the markers and labels that distinguish each series on a graph.
To display titles, legends, footnotes, and labels in a graph report

Run a report. (How?)

If the report is not already in Graph view, from the View menu, choose Graph View.

From the Graph menu, point to Display, and then select the graph component(s) to display when the report is run by clicking the element name(s). The elements selected are immediately presented in the graph. Options include the following:

Title

Legend
Another way to show the Legend is to click the legend icon () on the toolbar.

Footnote

Data Labels

To hide components in the graph, clear the component names in the Display options.
