Using the Graph Preferences dialog box

Use the Graph Preferences dialog box to define the formatting for your graph report.

The settings you apply through the Graph Preferences dialog box only affects the graph report you have open when you set these options. To apply default graph settings to all graph reports in a project, see My Preferences dialog box: Reports tab, Graph options. Any default settings applied across the project can be overridden by settings for a specific graph report.

Accessing the Preferences dialog box

1. Open a report in Graph view.

   If the report is not already in Graph view, from the View menu select Graph View.

2. From the Graph menu, select Preferences.
