View and Edit Server-Level Properties

You can view and edit basic server-level (environment-level) properties.

The ability to view or edit certain settings is determined by a user's privileges. All necessary privileges are included in the Administrator role by default. You must belong to the System Administrators group to use this feature.

1. Open the Workstation window with the Navigation pane in smart mode.
2. In the Navigation pane, click Environments.

3. Right-click an environment and choose Properties. The General properties display.

   Choose Get Info if you are using a Mac.

You can also access the properties by clicking the Account icon on the top right. In the list of Environments, hover your cursor over the environment name. Click the Properties icon that displays.

General Properties

Environment Name: The name of the environment.

Connected as: The user name of the account used to connect to the environment.

Connected at: The date and time the current connection session began.

Server Version: The version of the server.

Environment URL:The base URL for your Strategy Library instance.

Mobile Configuration URL: The URL used to configure a Strategy Mobile connection to this environment.

HyperIntelligence for Mobile Configuration URL: The URL used to configure a HyperIntelligence for Mobile connection to this environment.

Environment Connection File: Click to generate an .mstr connection file for this environment.
