Tools menu: Formatting

When you select Formatting in the Tools menu, you can select either Header or Values, which allows you to format the metric headers and metric cell values independently. The Format Cells dialog box opens, containing the following tabs:

This dialog box can also be accessed from the Metric Editor toolbar.

• Number: Select a number category and determine the way in which numbers are displayed.

• Alignment: Determine how the contents are aligned. You can select horizontal or vertical alignment, and whether to wrap the text.

• Font: Set the style, size, and color in which the data are displayed.

• Border: Define the line style and color of the borders, as well as the location of the borders (that is, top, bottom, right, and/or left).

• Background: Select the pattern and color of the background.
