Returns the effective annual interest rate on a given amount. This is the actual annual rate or yield on a loan.

Where:
NominalRate is the nominal interest rate.
Npery is the number of compounding periods per year.

If Npery is not an integer, it is truncated.
The engine returns an empty cell if
