- To provide a default answer for one of the three types of value prompt, select its check box and enter the desired default answer in its field.
- To provide a list of default answers for one of the three types of value prompt, select its check box and then click the Browse (...) icon. The Customize Value Prompt Answers dialog box opens. Enter the answers in the dialog box and click Close. Integrity Manager cycles through these answers when answering this type of value prompt.
- To provide a number of elements to be selected for hierarchy prompts, select that check box and enter the desired number of elements in the field. Integrity Manager answers hierarchy prompts by selecting that many elements from the first elements in the hierarchy.
- To provide a percentage of elements to be selected for list prompt (Level Prompt, Element Prompt and Object Prompt), select that check box and enter the desired percentage of elements in the field. Integrity Manager answers list prompts by selecting that percentage of elements from the prompt answer list. Integrity Manager will select no more than 1,300 elements from the prompt answer list.
- By default, Integrity Manager only answers required prompts and ignores optional prompts. To answer optional prompts using the same logic as required prompts, select the Answer optional prompts check box.
- Click Advanced Options to configure how Integrity Manager selects the answers for prompts and enable a link to MicroStrategy Web to resolve unanswered prompts.
