The Main Integrity Manager Window
The main Integrity Manager interface consists of a menu bar, toolbars, and two informational areas: Results Summary area and Report Data area. In addition to standard Windows options, the Integrity Manager menu bar contains the following items unique to the application:
File Menu
- Create Test: Creates an integrity test and opens the Integrity Manager Wizard. For basic information on creating an integrity test, see Tests that can be performed in Integrity Manager.
- Load Test: Loads the settings for a test from a previously created data file. The Integrity Manager Wizard opens. The test data is loaded into the pages of the Wizard. Confirm the test data and enter the passwords for the logins used to access the projects.
- For instructions on how to load an existing test, see Loading a saved test.
- For instructions on how to create and save a test, see Tests that can be performed in Integrity Manager and Saving a test.
- Open Results: Loads the results of a previously saved test.
- For instructions on how to open the results of a test, see Accessing the saved results of a test.
- For information about how to interpret the results in Integrity Manager, see Viewing the results of a test.
View Menu
- HTML Output: Starts the Web service and opens the Result Summary page in a browser. Internet Explorer is not supported.
- Configuration Summary: Opens the Configuration Summary dialog box, which contains a summary of the settings for the current test. This information is found in the Summary page of the Integrity Manager Wizard.
- Custom Tags: Opens the Define Custom Tags dialog box, which contains any custom tags that have been defined for report error messages. For more information about custom tags, see Sorting reports and documents by error messages.
Run Menu
- Re-run Test: Re-runs the current test without having to re-enter the test information. Opens the Integrity Manager Wizard at the Summary page for the current test.
- Refresh Selected Items: Re-runs the reports and documents that are selected in the Results Summary area.
The Integrity Manager Toolbar
- Create Test : Creates an integrity test and opens the Integrity Manager Wizard.
- Load Test : Loads the settings for a test from a previously created data file. The Integrity Manager Wizard opens. The test data is loaded into the pages of the Wizard. Confirm the test data and enter the passwords for the logins used to access the projects.
- Open Results : Loads the results of a previously saved test.
- HTML Output : Similar to HTML Output in the View menu. Opens the Results Summary page for the current test in a Web browser. For information about this file, see Accessing the saved results of a test.

The Report Data Toolbar
These icons are only active in a comparative integrity test. They do not apply to a single-project integrity test.
- Horizontal : Displays the baseline in the top half of the Report Data area's view pane and the target in the bottom half.
- Vertical : Displays the baseline in the left half of the Report Data area's view pane and the target in the right half.
- Overlap : Displays the baseline in the entire view pane. To switch between viewing the baseline and the target, click the Bring to front icon, or click the Baseline or Target tabs at the bottom of the view pane.
- Bring to front : In Overlap mode, switches between displaying the baseline and the target.
- Fit columns to window : In Data view, resizes the columns so that they fill the entire view pane. This can truncate the contents of the column. The icon also toggles to Fit columns to contents.
- Fit columns to contents : In Data view, resizes the columns so that the complete contents of each column are visible. This can require the view pane to scroll horizontally. The icon also toggles to Fit columns to window.
- Previous difference : In Graph, Data, or PDF view, highlights the previous difference between the two reports.
- Go To Difference : In Graph, Data, or PDF view, jumps to the specified difference. The total number of differences is indicated next to the field.
- Next difference : In Graph, Data, or PDF view, highlights the next difference between the two reports.
- Show/hide differences : In Graph or PDF view, this drop-down list provides three options for showing or hiding the differences between the graphs:
- Show All: All differences between the graphs are circled in red.
- Hide All: No differences are highlighted.
- Show Individual: The currently selected difference between the graphs is circled in red.
- Graph Zoom : In Graph or PDF view, drag the slider left or right, or click the Zoom In or Zoom Out icons at the ends of the slider, to zoom in or out on the graph.
- Granularity : In Graph or PDF view, change the granularity of the difference grouping. Granularity is the minimum space between differences. If the distance between two differences is within the granularity setting, the two differences are treated as one difference. For more information about how differences are grouped together, see Grouping differences in graph or PDF reports.
