Steps to select a column

Columns reference the physical column structures in your data source that hold the data values to be included in your Query Builder reports.

You can select columns to map as attributes or metrics in your Query Builder reports. Once you select a column, it is displayed in the Selections pane (the bottom pane on the right) of the Query Builder Editor. You can select columns only if the column's table has been added to the Query Builder definition.

To select a column

  1. Access the Query Builder Editor.

  2. Add tables to your Query Builder report. The tables are added to the Tables and Joins pane (the top pane on the right).

  3. In the table, right-click the column and select Select Column.
