Report Data Options dialog box
The Report Data Options dialog box allows you to set, view, and modify report limits, join types, the evaluation order, aliases, and drilling options.
To view the subcategories for a particular category, select the category, and its subcategories are viewable/selectable.
Accessing the Report Data Options dialog box
You can access this dialog box in any of the following ways:

From the Template Editor, place a metric in the Template definition section. From the Data menu, select Report Data Options. The Report Data Options dialog box opens.

From the Report Editor, place a metric in the Template definition section. From the Data menu, select Report Data Options. The Report Data Options dialog box opens.

From the Report Viewer (an executed report), if the report contains a metric, the dialog is accessible by selecting Report Data Options from the Data menu.
