Subtotals dialog box
The Subtotals dialog box displays all subtotals applied to an existing template or report. You can specify additional subtotals or clear existing ones.
Accessing the Subtotals dialog box
You can access this dialog box in any of the following ways:

From the Template Editor:

If a metric is not already on the template, place a metric in the Template definition section.

From the Data menu, select Subtotals.

From the Report Editor:

If a metric is not already on the template, place a metric in the Template definition section.

From the Data menu, select Subtotals.

From the Report Viewer (an executed report):

If the report contains a metric, select Subtotals from the Data menu.
Subtotals dialog box contents
The Subtotals dialog box contains the following tabs:

Definition tab, to define the metric for which you want to display subtotals

Display Options tab, to specify the format in which results are displayed
You can use F-11as a shortcut to display or hide totals information on a report.
