Hiding and displaying the alignment grid

The alignment grid helps you control the placement and alignment of controls. You can also set whether controls are automatically aligned to the grid.

To hide or display the alignment grid

1. Open a document. (How?)

2. Click Alignment Grid on the toolbar.

   You can also select Alignment Grid from the View menu.

If the alignment grid is currently hidden, it is displayed in the Layout area; if currently displayed, it becomes concealed.
