View and Edit Dashboard Security Access

You can view and edit security for dashboards that you have permission to access through a connected environment.

Your ability to edit security access depends on your own permissions. You may not have all of the options listed below.

To view and edit dashboard security access

1. Open the Workstation window.
2. In the Navigation pane, click Dashboards.
3. Right-click the dashboard you want to view or edit user and user group permissions for and choose Properties.
4. In the left pane, click Security Access to edit user and group permissions.

5. In the Permissions drop-down list, select the level of permissions for each user or user group.

6. Click Advanced to open the Advanced Security dialog and change permissions for multiple users and groups all at once and click OK.
7. Click OK.
