Show or Hide User Comments

Starting in Strategy One (March 2025), you can enable change journals to prompt users to add comments when they modify an object in Workstation. Use these comments to add documentation on the nature of the changes made to objects.

You can show or hide object comment requests from the View menu or in the change journal User Comments dialog.

Show or Hide User Comments in the Workstation Top Navigation

  1. Open the Workstation window.

  2. Choose View > Show User Comments.

Hide User Comments in the User Comments Dialog

  1. Save an object that supports user comments.

  2. Select the check box next to Don't show it again.
