Recursively Select Dependents

Starting in MicroStrategy ONE (June 2024), Administrators can automatically select all dependents of a parent user group, simplifying the selection of all nested users and user groups. This enhances the efficiency of bulk actions in the User Group monitor.

  1. Open the Workstation window.
  2. In the Navigation pane, click Users & Groups.

  3. In the left pane, click All Users.

  4. Enable Recursively Select Dependents.

  5. Select a parent user group. All dependents of that user group are selected.
