Prerequisites

To leverage MicroStrategy Auto Bots user should have at least Run AI Bots privilege, allowing to run and message a Bot.

A user that is granted the Create and Edit AI Bots privilege, is automatically granted the Run AI Bots privilege. If the Run AI Bots privilege is revoked, the Create and Edit AI Bots privilege is automatically revoked.

Privilege	Description
Run AI Bots	Basic privilege enabling running and messaging Auto Bots.
Create and Edit AI Bot	Privilege enabling creation and editing of Auto Bots.
Create and Configure Knowledge Assets	Privilege enabling uploading and editing knowledge assets for Auto Answers and Auto Bots
Access data (files) from Local, URL, DropBox, Google Drive, Sample FIles, Clipboard, Push API	Privileges needed to create Auto Bots using Create with New Data option.
Access data from Databases, Google BigQuery, BigData, OLAP, BI tools
Access data from Cloud App (Google Analytics, Salesforce Reports, Facebook, Twitter)
