Strategy One
Prerequisites
Beginning in Strategy One (September 2025), enhanced bots are available out of the box and have been renamed to agents to reflect the improvements and advancements.

To leverage Agents, users should have at least the Run AI Bots privilege, allowing them to run and message agents.
Users that are granted the Create and Edit AI Bots privilege are automatically granted the Run AI Bots privilege. If the Run AI Bots privilege is revoked, the Create and Edit AI Bots privilege is automatically revoked.
