Subtotal Editor: Usage

Use the Object Browser to locate and select the functions for formula definition. Type an "x" to use as a placeholder for the metric to be subtotaled.

When you select a component by highlighting it, the Subtotal Editor replaces the Definition window with a dialog that allows you to edit and modify values for that component. Editing options for the various components are as shown in the table.

Component	Editing Features
Expression	Displays the function applied to the metric placeholder, and allows for editing, clearing, and validating the formula
Level (Dimensionality)	Remove: Deletes the selected attribute Reset: Clears all levels Add Default Level: Adds the default level, if it not currently listed
