Query Builder Editor toolbar options

The Query Builder Editor provides a set of toolbar icons to facilitate the tasks of creating Query Builder reports:

•  Show Object Browser: Shows or hides the Object Browser pane.

•  Add New Column: Inserts a new column in the Selections pane, which enables you to map the columns in your SQL query to attributes and metrics that appear in the Query Builder report. For information on mapping attribute forms to columns, see Mapping column expressions to attributes and metrics.

•  Map to New Attribute Form: Inserts a new column in the Selections pane, which enables you to map an attribute form to a column returned by your SQL query. For information on mapping attribute forms to columns, see Steps to map a new attribute to a column expression and Steps to map an existing object to a column expression.

•  Map to New Metric: Inserts a new column in the Selections pane, which enables you to map a metric to a column returned by your SQL Query. For information on mapping metrics to columns, see Steps to map a new metric to a column expression and Steps to map an existing object to a column expression.

•  Move Up: Moves the selected object to column mapping in the Selections pane up one position in the column order.

•  Move Down: Moves the selected object to column mapping in the Selections pane down one position in the column order.

•  Delete: Removes the selected table, join, object to column mapping.
