Formatting rectangles using right-click options

Right-click formatting allows you to format the color of a rectangle. You can use this procedure to format either a rectangle (with square corners) or a rounded rectangle (with rounded corners).

To format a rectangle using the right-click options

  1. Open the document to be formatted in the Document Editor. How?

  2. Right-click the rectangle to format, select Fill, and then select the color for the rectangle.

To use a gradient (a two-color combination), you must use either the Property List or the Format Objects dialog box. For instructions, see Formatting rectangles using the Property List or Formatting rectangles using the Format Objects dialog box.
