Interfaces for Thresholds

Use the interfaces listed below to work with thresholds, which are special formatting automatically applied to data in a report or in a grid in a document based on conditions:

• Create a simple threshold on metric values, using the Visual Threshold Editor for Documents and Reports.
• Create a threshold based on an attribute or metric qualification using the Advanced Thresholds Editor.
• Create an alert-based subscription to ensure that you or other users automatically receive notifications when a metric on a report meets specific threshold conditions. Use the Alerts Editor.
• Format the data that meets a threshold condition using the Format Threshold Dialog Box.

You can apply conditional formatting to other objects, such as text fields and sections, in a document, by using conditional formatting.
