Interfaces for Conditional Formatting in Documents

Use the interfaces listed below to work with conditional formatting, which is special formatting automatically applied to objects (such as text fields, images, sections, and so on) in your document based on the value of a metric.

• Create the qualifications (such as the revenue range) for the conditional formatting, using the Visual Conditional Formatting Editor.
• Define the formatting (such as whether to hide the object or highlight it in red), after you create the condition, using the Format Dialog Box.

You can apply conditional formatting to data in a report or in a grid in a document, using thresholds.
