Control Access to Projects

Strategy One (December 2025) updates the security role interface.

Administrators can change the security role of a user or user group to allow or deny access to the project.

  1. Open the Workstation window with the Navigation pane in smart mode.
  2. In the Navigation pane, click Users and Groups.

  3. Select an Environment from the upper-left drop-down.
  4. Right-click the user or group who you want to add to the security role and click Edit.
  5. In the left pane, click Roles and Privileges.

    If you are using a version prior to Strategy One (December 2025), click Project Access & Roles.

  6. Use the drop-down next to any project to choose a security role.

    To edit a role in this dialog, hover over a role and click Edit .

  7. Click Save.
