Assign Server-Level Configuration Privileges
Server level configuration privileges are given to users or users groups who manage MicroStrategy environments and are responsible for creating users, monitoring environments, fine-tuning the environment, and so on.
- Open the Workstation window with the Navigation pane in smart mode.
- In the Navigation pane, click Users and Groups.
- Select an Environment from the upper-left drop-down.
- Click All Users or User Groups.
- Right-click a user or user group and choose Edit.
- In the left pane, click Configuration Privileges.

Choose the privileges for the user or user group and click Save.
