Prerequisites for Using HyperIntelligence for Web

Supported Web Browsers

MicroStrategy HyperIntelligence offers a browser extension, HyperWeb, for the latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based).

HyperWeb works best with the latest stable versions of each browser.

Your browser must be on Chrome v99 or a later version. See KB485299 for more information.

The HyperWeb extension is built to work on most web pages and applications. However, the following websites have known issues when using the extension:

Microsoft Word Online
Microsoft Excel Online
Microsoft PowerPoint Online
Google Sheets
Google Docs
PDF Online
Yahoo Finance

HyperWeb cannot highlight words on top of the following HTML elements:

Canvas
SVG
Input (Text type)
Editable Fields (While typing)
