Duplicate a Dashboard

Duplicating a dashboard, document, or report, new for Strategy One (March 2025), allows you to save a personal copy of it in your My Reports folder. Any manipulations you made to the dashboard, document, or report, such as sorting, filtering, and answering prompts are saved with the personal copy.

You must have a consumer user license (Cloud Report and AI Consumer users) to save a personal copy. However, the Use permission must be granted for the schema objects (such as attributes and metrics) in the dashboard.

  1. Open the dashboard in Library.

  2. Perform any manipulations you want to save in your personal copy.

  3. In the toolbar, click the Duplicate icon .

  4. You can update the name and description.

  5. Click Save.
