Formatting the background of the current panel
Before you begin
You should be familiar with the different parts of a panel stack. See Defining the parts of a panel stack for detailed descriptions.
You can quickly set the background fill of the current panel (the panel currently displayed in the panel stack) using either the Formatting toolbar or the right-click menu. Instructions for both interfaces are included in the following procedure. To use gradient colors (a two-color combination) on the current panel, see Applying gradient colors to the current panel.
Prerequisite
This procedure assumes you have added a panel stack to the document. For instructions, see Adding panel stacks to documents.
To format the background of the current panel
To format a different panel, specify it as the current panel. For instructions, see Choosing the panel to display initially: the current panel.

Open the document in the Document Editor. (How?)

Do one of the following:

Right-click the panel stack containing the panel to format, point to Fill, and then select the color.

Select the panel stack containing the panel to format. Click the arrow next to the Fillicon on the Formatting toolbar, and select the color from the drop-down list.
