Formatting HTML containers using right-click options

Right-click formatting allows you to format the borders and colors for HTML containers.

To format HTML containers using right-click options

  1. Open the document to be formatted in the Document Editor. (How?)

  2. Right-click the HTML container to format and then select the desired formatting option from the following:

    • Border, which allows you to define how borders are displayed for the HTML container

    • Fill, which allows you to select the color for the background of the HTML container

To use a gradient (a two-color combination) for the background, you must use either the Property List or the Format Objects dialog box. For instructions, see Formatting HTML containers using the Property List or Formatting HTML containers using the Format Objects dialog box.

    • Font Color, which allows you to select the color of the text in the HTML container

Font Color applies only to HTML containers using HTML tags, not iFrame. For the HTML text type, the FontColor property is overwritten by any formatting specified in the HTML tags. For the iFrame type, the Font Colorproperty does not apply to the content of the website displayed by the URL. For examples and a more detailed explanation, see Formatting HTML containers.
