View and Access Objects within Projects

  1. Open the Workstation window with the Navigation pane in smart mode.
  2. In the Navigation pane, click Projects.
  3. Click Icon View or List View to display projects as icons or in a list. view.
  4. Click the Arrange By and Sort By drop-downs to choose options for arranging and sorting projects.
  5. Double-click the folders to navigate to the object you want to open.
  6. If necessary, click Backward and Forward to navigate between folders.

  7. Double-click the object you want to open. All dashboards open on the Main Dashboard Screen. If you select a dataset, it opens in a new, blank dashboard. Documents open in MicroStrategy Library.
