Edit/Create Page Wizard (Create)

The Edit/Create Page Wizard creates a new MicroStrategy Web Page by making a copy of an existing MicroStrategy Web Page or by inheriting from an existing MicroStrategy Web Page.

This wizard can be accessed as follows.

1. Launch the Web Customization Editor.  

2. Click on MicroStrategy Web Configuration inside the Application Settings view to expand the hierarchical tree. The expanded list comprises the different settings that can be modified to perform customizations.  

3. Right-click Pages and select New Page to launch the Edit/Create Page Wizard.  

4. Select the appropriate radio button in the wizard and select a MicroStrategy Web Page from the drop-down menu for your customization need.

Or use the following method if you are working with a specific MicroStrategy Web Page.

1. Launch the Web Customization Editor.  

2. Click on MicroStrategy Web Configuration inside the Application Settings view to expand the hierarchical tree. The expanded list comprises the different settings that can be modified to perform customizations.  

3. Click on Pages to expand the list of MicroStrategy Web Pages.  

4. Right-click on the MicroStrategy Web Page you are working with and select New Page to launch the Edit/Create Page Wizard.  

5. Select the appropriate radio button in the wizard for your customization need.
