Using .mstr Files from Different Locales

Dashboards built on Intelligence Server with locales different from yours trigger a message when that dashboard is opened.

This is an issue in sorting, for example. In one locale, data sorting happens according to that machine's locale - but on a machine with a different locale, the sorting may behave differently.

Also, the analytical engine may return different results than expected in metrics that use relative functions such as 'RunningSum' (which depends on the sort order of the values).

When this message appears, you will be asked to either leave the dashboard in the original locale or change it to your locale.
