View and Set ACLs for a Script

When scripts are uploaded to the metadata through Workstation, the ACLs are set by default to Full Control for the owner and Denied All for all other users. Users with View ACL cannot take any action on the script. Users must have Modify or Full Control ACLs in order to preview, download, and execute the scripts.

  1. Open the Workstation window with the Navigation pane in smart mode.
  2. In the Navigation pane, click Scripts.

  3. Right-click a script and choose Properties.

    Choose Get Info if you are using a Mac.

  4. In the left pane, click Security Access.

  5. Modify the fields as necessary to add or edit access to the script.
