Minimum object requirements for each graph style
The table below provides information about different graph styles and the minimum object requirements for displaying a graph in each style.
Although the table below lists the minimum requirements to display a graph in each graph style, some graphs require specific types of attributes and metrics to be useful. For this information as it relates to each graph style, see Selecting a graph style and Description of available graph styles.

|
One attribute, two metrics If there are more than two metrics, the graph may not be useful because Scatter plots are used to plot two values at a time. Any additional metrics are not included on the display of the Scatter plot. |
|
One attribute, three metrics If there are more than three metrics, the graph may not be useful because Scatter plots are used to plot three values at a time. Any additional metrics are not included on the display of the Scatter plot. |

One attribute, three metrics If there are more than three metrics, the graph may not be useful because Bubble charts are used to plot two values (a first and second metric) at a time. The size of each bubble represents the third metric. Any additional metrics are not included on the display of the Bubble chart. |

One attribute, two metrics To ensure that this type of graph displays data correctly, you must include specific types of metrics. For more information, see the Advanced Reporting Help. |

One attribute, three metrics To ensure that this type of graph displays data correctly, you must include specific types of metrics. For more information, see the Advanced Reporting Help. |
|
One attribute, four metrics To ensure that this type of graph displays data correctly, you must include specific types of metrics. For more information, see the Advanced Reporting Help. |

One attribute, exactly five metrics To ensure all five sections of the boxplot (minimum, maximum, median, lower quartile, upper quartile) appear correctly on the graph, the five metrics must be defined in a specific way, as explained in the Advanced Reporting Help. |
