Formatting lines using the Format Objects dialog box

Use the Format Objects dialog box to format the style, color, and weight (thickness) of a line.

To format a line using the Format Objects dialog box

1. Open the document to be formatted. (How?)

2. Select the line to format.

3. From the Format menu, select Format. The Format Objects dialog box opens. Line is the only available tab.

4. Select from the following to format the line:

   • Style, for a solid, dashed, dotted, or double line

   • Color, for the color of the line

   • Weight, for the thickness of the line

5. Click OK to accept the changes and return to the Document Editor.
