Modifying a Style
This topic provides instructions on modifying or editing a style. Step-by-step instructions are provided for the following modifications.
Associating a different transform
This can be achieved by using either of the ways mentioned below.
If interactivity with MicroStrategy Web is enabled
Make sure you have completed the Enabling Interactivity with MicroStrategy Web step before proceeding further.
- Launch the Web Customization Editor.
- Access the MicroStrategy Web page that uses the style you wish to modify.
- Right-click the content page section and select Edit Style. The style opens in the Style Properties editor.
- Click Change to browse and select a different transform.
- Save your changes.
If interactivity with MicroStrategy Web is not enabled

Click on MicroStrategy Web Configuration inside the Application Settings view to expand the hierarchical tree. The expanded list comprises the different settings that can be modified to perform customizations.

Click on Styles to expand the list of styles used in MicroStrategy Web.

Double-click the style you wish to modify to display Style Properties.

Click Change to browse and select a different transform.

Save your changes.
Adding or deleting transform parameters
This can be achieved by using either of the ways mentioned below.
If interactivity with MicroStrategy Web is enabled
Make sure you have completed the Enabling Interactivity with MicroStrategy Web step before proceeding further.
- Launch the Web Customization Editor.
- Access the MicroStrategy Web page that uses the style you wish to modify.
- Right-click the content page section and select Edit Style. The style opens in the Style Properties editor.
- Click the Style Parameters tab.

If you added a transform parameter, select it and specify a value for it in the Value text field.
- Save your changes.
