Badge Local Time

For Badge app transactions, the app sends the timezone of the users device in the logs. This timezone is used to populate the Local Time hierarchy attributes. MicroStrategy transactions do not currently have the user device timezone and therefore do not use the Local Time hierarchy. All local time hierarchy attributes (local date, local month, etc.) are logical table views in the Platform Analytics MicroStrategy project.
