Strategy ONE

Provide Feedback on Agent Answers

Starting in Strategy One (September 2025), you can provide feedback on the agent's answers. You can quickly rate a agent response with a thumbs up or thumbs down. For a thumbs down, you can describe the issue or suggest an improvement. This helps the agent improve its understanding and accuracy over time through iterative learning.

Examples

  • You can provide feedback on inaccurate responses.

For example, you ask "What is my revenue for 2024?". The agent answers with revenue for all regions. Click the Thumbs Down icon and select Incorrect Data as the quick feedback. In the feedback details box, type "I wanted data for my assigned region only". The agent updates its behavior to prioritize your assigned region for similar queries.

Provide Positive Feedback

  1. In Library, open an agent and ask a question or click a visualization prompt.

  2. Hover over the response and click Thumbs Up icon .

Once selected, the thumbs up icon displays in the accent color of the agent. It remains on the response so that you can easily identify correct answers and later manage the response.

Provide Negative Feedback

  1. In Library, open an agent and ask a question or click a visualization prompt.

  2. Hover over the response and click Thumbs Down .

    Feedback details display.

  3. To quickly provide general feedback to help fine tune the agent, click the reason or reasons why the agent did not answer your question, such as Irrelevant Data or Incorrect Data.

  4. To optionally provide additional details to help fine tune the agent, type your comments in the box.

For example, you asked "What's the sales generated by John Smith". The agent responded with the revenue for the custom John Smith. Your feedback is "I mean the employee John Smith", as shown in the example below.

  5. Click Submit. The thumbs down icon displays in the red. It remains on the response so that you can easily identify negative answers and later manage the response.
