Export Dialog Box
When you export a document that contains page-bys or multiple layouts to a PDF or Excel spreadsheet, the Export dialog box opens. The Export dialog box allows you to specify whether to export the current page by or layout or all page-bys or layouts. The Export dialog box contains the following options:

Export: Specify which layouts to export. This option is only displayed when exporting a multi-layout document. For more information, see the Document Creation Help.
- To export all layouts in the document, select All layouts.
- To only export the layout that is currently displayed, select Current layout.

Expand Page-by: Specifies whether to export only the currently displayed page, or all of the pages of the document. This option is only displayed when exporting a document with items in the page-by. For more information, see the Grouping and Sorting chapter in the Document Creation Help.
- To export only the currently displayed page, clear the Expand page-by checkbox.
- To export all of the pages, select the Expand page-by checkbox.
