Saving an HTML Document

Saving an HTML document gives you a collection of items that you have inserted in an HTML document, such as text, images, hyperlinks, and reports. This HTML document can be executed as appropriate, providing a variety of related information in one container.
To save an HTML document
In the HTML Document Editor, from the File menu, choose Save or Save As and specify the document name and location as needed.
