mstr-root@<TIMESTAMP>-repository-administration is stored into the initd_scripts directory when you decide not to setup the MicroStrategy processes as services, they can use this script to do it later.

Some people also find it practical to have all the startup scripts on the same directory and with the timestamp-less name.

It is a wrapper pointing to <MSTR_INSTALL>/Repository/postgres11/bin/pg_ctl

mstr-root@<TIMESTAMP>-repository-server /etc/init.d

The PostgreSQL service called when booting up or when issuing start/stop/status/restart commands using the "service" command.

This file will be created only if you have selected to run the MicroStrategy processes as services during the installation.

Setup will set the service to start automatically upon system startup. In case of a Platform Analytics upgrade (and collaboration is not installed), this service is set to manual.
