Creating an attribute qualification
In a filter, an attribute qualification specifies the condition that the attribute elements or forms must satisfy to be included in the report results.

Open the Filtering Options pane of the Filter Editor, if it is not already open. How?

Select Add anAttributequalification and click OK. The Attribute Qualification pane opens.

Select from the following list of attribute qualification types and click its link to follow the steps in the sub-procedure:

Attribute element list qualification filters on a list of attribute elements.

Attribute form qualification filters on an attribute form.
After you create an attribute form qualification, you can export the elements to a file to reuse them. For a procedure, see Exporting filter elements.

Dynamic dates are fixed offsets of the current date. See Dynamic dates in attribute qualifications.

Imported filter allows lists of data from existing files to be imported into the filter definition.

Attribute-to-attribute qualification compares two attributes through attribute forms.

Do one of the following:

Add more qualifications to the filter. Double-click in the Filter definition pane to open the Filtering Options pane again. These can be attribute qualifications or other types of qualifications.
If you have multiple qualifications, you can change the operator connecting them. To do this, right-click the operator in the Filter definition pane, point to Toggle operator, then select the new operator from the list.
