Prompt Settings

Starting in MicroStrategy ONE (September 2024), you can reuse the same prompt answers for all imported objects using the same prompt (based on prompt object ID). You will not have to answer a prompt for each object.

Starting in MicroStrategy ONE Update 12, you can enhance your import experience with added support for reusable answer prompts.

Your import options will save until you manually update them.

  1. Click More Items in the Excel add-in side panel and click Settings.

  2. Expand the Prompt section.

  3. Toggle on Reuse Prompt Answers.
