    • To create a new user, click Create a new User next to All Users.
  6. In the left pane, click Authentication.

  8. Enter the following information:

    • If you are using LDAP authentication, the LDAP Distinguished Name (DN) of the user
    • If you are using trusted authentication, tThe Trusted Authentication Request User ID of the user

For security reasons, if you use database authentication, you should enable the Create caches per database login setting in your project-level settings. This ensures that users who execute their reports using different database login IDs cannot use the same cache, and therefore cannot see each other's cached reports.

  9. Click Save or Create User.
